Application Cases

1. COD and ammonia nitrogen water quality detection

COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) is a chemical method used to measure the amount of reducing substances that need to be oxidized in water samples. Suitable for water quality management of surface water, industrial wastewater, and sewage treatment plants in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc. Through peristaltic pump injection, it can continuously and automatically monitor CODcr in water bodies. Combined with the sampling system, the total discharge amount of CODcr in water samples can be obtained, and the measurement results can be transmitted to designated locations through networks, communication lines, and other means. It is an organic pollution parameter that can be quickly measured.

2. Condensate discharge in the automatic smoke monitoring system

Before entering the gas analyzer, the flue gas needs to be condensed for gas-water separation and the condensed water needs to be discharged from the system. This can prevent corrosion of the gas analyzer and multiple components due to high flue gas humidity. Gas monitoring requires strict assurance of the sealing of the monitoring system, therefore it is required that the condensate discharge system has good sealing to prevent external air from entering the condenser through the drainage system and affecting the sample gas composition. The chemical composition of condensed water is complex and has a certain degree of corrosiveness, and when the sample gas filtration effect is not good in the early stage, the condensed water will also contain solid particles. Therefore, it is required that the condensate discharge system has good anti-corrosion performance and is suitable for abrasive fluids.
