Industry requirements

Ensure fluid transmission and a pollution-free production environment during the production process. The working principle of the peristaltic pump determines that the transmitted liquid only flows through the hose and does not come into contact with the pump body, completely blocking the possibility of contaminating the liquid medicine.

For the filling of liquid drugs, the filling range of the peristaltic pump is 0.13ml-50ml, with a repeatability error of ± 0.5%, effectively ensuring the stability and high efficiency of transmission. Under the premise of high cleanliness, the hose supports repeated high-temperature sterilization and reuse, with low wall adsorption and no residual liquid hanging on the wall. It meets food hygiene standards and has passed certifications such as USP, FDA, and EP. In addition, the peristaltic pump also has multiple pneumatic, explosion-proof, and built-in high-energy batteries to cope with special environments such as high temperature, dust, vibration, and explosion-proof.

Application Cases

1. High precision small dose filling of biological vaccines. Including COVID-19 vaccine reagent, animal vaccine, virus reagent, penicillin ampoule bottle filling line, oral liquid, eye drops, disinfectants, capsules and other small dose filling.

2. Coating granulation. After granulation of tablet semi-finished products, atomized syrup is sprayed through the peristaltic pump of the material bed spraying system, and hot melt film coating is applied to tablets of different geometric shapes and sizes.
