The peristaltic pump flow control valve achieves precise control of the outlet flow by adjusting the fluid flow entering the peristaltic pump. It usually consists of a valve body, valve core, and control mechanism.

Specifically, the valve core controls the fluid flow inside the hose by adjusting the squeezing force entering the hose. When the valve core is pressed downwards, the hose is squeezed and restricts the flow of fluid, thereby reducing the flow rate. On the contrary, when the valve core reduces the squeezing force, the hose is released, and the fluid can pass smoothly, increasing the flow rate.

The control mechanism usually consists of an electronic control system and sensors. Sensors can monitor the flow inside the hose in real time and feed back this data to the electronic control system. By analyzing and processing these data, the electronic control system can adjust the position of the valve core, thereby achieving precise control of flow.

Overall, the working principle of the peristaltic pump flow control valve mainly relies on the adjustment of hose extrusion pressure and feedback control of sensors, in order to achieve the regulation of inlet flow and precise outlet flow control.
